Primitive hand carved wooden bowl depicting two men trying to coax a stubborn donkey. This was acquired from a person who obtained it from her family in Italy but unknown whether it originated in Italy. Note: this is not a perfectly symmetrical bowl - at top or bottom -- which in my opinion adds to its charm. It's in good overall condition with wear consistent with age.
