I am a big fan of Dutch plateel. This type of ceramic has been made for centuries, by a number of different companies that have mostly disappeared. One of these companies is Regina, founded in the city of Gouda Holland in the year 1898. The company stopped its operation in the 1970's. It made many beautiful items, like this jug that was used for wine, or stronger spirits like gin (jenever). It is fully marked underneath the base, the name of this particular decor is Melba. The number 216 indicates the model number. Despite its age it remains in perfect condition. It is complete with the original stopper. Dimensions: 25 cm tall, 12 cm in diameter (approx 10" and 4"). Before sending, the item will be packed thoroughly, to exclude the risk of damage during transport. When shipped, it will be wrapped thoroughly to prevent any damage. I will use insured shipment only. If you buy more than 1 item, I will used combined shipping wherever I can. Shipping costs for each additional item will then be approximately $5.
