All International Orders: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and some will require signatures on delivery - We require 1-3 business days to process and print your order (personalised orders may take longer if waiting on replies such as confirmation of mock-ups) - Our shipping company takes 3-11 business days to ship these items (this can be longer at busier periods such as Christmas) Any delays, damage or loss that occurs once the item has been dispatched is the responsibility of the shipping company although we will do the best we can to help with resolutions.
