Orders from 13 to 30 napkins will be shipped out with tracking numbers and will be placed in your mailbox. Orders over 30 napkins will be shipped out as recorded with a tracking number and are issued against a signature. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to your unavailability at your location, a notice will be left for you to receive your order at the nearest post office. All orders with tracking numbers are well trackable in most countries. In Australia, New Zealand and Canada, tracking is by individual request only and may take 20 to 40 business days.
