Be aware that although we lovingly treat most leather goods with nourishing oils or other finishing treatments such as sealers, leather is NOT water proof. Water will damage your leather item and we will not accept returns or exchanges to leather products that have water damage. We recommend that you do not swim, bathe, wash dishes, etc. in your leather. Please spot clean only with a soft damp cloth. Our shop is in a smoke free home but is pet friendly. Conditions of return: I gladly accept returns and exchanges except for custom or personalized orders or items on sale. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returned items must be unworn and in resale condition. In the event the items you receive do not match the invoice sent, please let us know right away. We will exchange them for the correct items at our expense. These items must also be unworn and in the original packaging. Please confirm the shipping address on your invoice prior to paying for your order. Any packages returned to us due to providing us the wrong or incorrect addresses or an undeliverable address in which you didn't file a change of address form with the USPS will be reshipped at the cost of buyer. If you choose not to have your item re-shipped, we can offer you a refund for the items less the initial shipping cost. All changes to your orders, including cancellations need to be made within 24 hours, as we strive to process each order as we receive it.
