They can not be cut using a cut program such as silhouette. **Seamless and Tumbler Files are sent as 300 dpi PNG finished files and will not be transparent. They will come with whatever background we have selected in the making of our image. Please make sure you have the required software and knowledge to use this image before making your purchase. We are not responsible for assisting you with any issues on your end regarding the file. We can only support when issues are regarding what we have created. Your printer not printing correctly, your colors not matching, you not using the appropriate shirt with the right amount of polyester, or your preference for pressing is not something we can assist with.
