Policies: Return & Replacement Policy: • Issues with Order: If you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence. • Lost Orders: Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free. • Faulty Orders: If the mistake is on our side, we'll bear all costs. • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses, only partial refunds may be available. Delivery Issues: • Marked as Delivered: If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service.
