Sound Bowl Meditation is one of the most ancient forms of healing practices and has many benefits. The sounds can also slow heart and respiratory rates to allow for therapeutic restoration. The Crown Chakra is located above the crown of the head and is glowing violet in colour. The Crown Chakra is associated with Enlightenment, Presence, Realisation, Universal Consciousness and connection to higher guidance. To align the Crown Chakra represents a soul that has become evolved enough to tap into higher consciousness. It is spiritual connection and transformation. This chakra gives you a sense of your own divinity and the ability to tap into Source, Universal or God Energy. Opening your Crown Chakra acts as your centre of spirit. It lifts and inspires you and gives you a sense of your own divinity. The Crown Chakra makes you aware that you are a soul in a human body.
