This sauce pan was designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard (1919-2008) and manufactured in France for Dansk Designs. Measuring 5 ½” in diameter at the top, 9 ¾” long including the handle, and 4 ½” high, this sauce pan or pot has a glossy brown exterior and a glossy white interior. The teak handle is not burned or broken. The enamel is in very good condition, with a few very minor chips around the edge. There is one scuff on the interior, which I’ve shown in a photograph, but otherwise the white interior is in great condition. Introduced in 1955 and manufactured in Denmark, Kobenstyle was initially fully enameled with steel handles wrapped with plasticized cord. In 1965 as production moved to France, Quistgaard redesigned the line and added oiled-teak handles to the pots. In 1974, Dansk changed its name to Dansk International Designs, so this pot must have been fabricated between 1965 and 1974. * * * * * * I am not a professional dealer; really, I'm not even a hobbyist seller. I am selling things for a friend who is deaccessioning from his personal collection of sundry items and itemized sundries, and I am happy to forward your questions to him. We do not accept returns, so all sales are final. Please refer to the description above, and be sure to look at the photos. ***ASK ME QUESTIONS*** or ***SEND ME AN OFFER***
