This is most likely a vintage / antique Nippon trinket dish with roses and gold embellishments most likely meant to look like Kintsugi repairs. Kintsugi is a Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. This dish has no chips or cracks, but it looks like the artist painted "cracks" with gold paint. Dish is unmarked and description is based on our own analysis. Dimensions are as follows: 8x6x1.5" Please Note: *Please remember as soon as I have marked your item as shipped and gave your package to the post office it can take up to 4 business days for your tracking to be updated.
