Apollo is the Olympian god of the sun and light, music and poetry, healing and plagues, prophecy and knowledge, order and beauty, archery and agriculture. I made the Apollo necklace with 925 Sterling Silver and I used the Sun Stone for representing his celestial power. We can see the main detail on the pendant is his symbol known as the Apollo's Lyre. Another detail is , the necklace has Greek ornaments on it's frame. The pendants chain holder has Alfa and Omega on it, which represents the beginning and the end (also the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet) :) I designed this necklace because I'm literally in love with mythology. The gods and goddesses are very powerful celestial beings with different powers, vulnerabilities and they have different personalities. Actually they are kind of like us If we set aside their celestial part. The mythology is in every region ,every part of the world and it is really fascinating. Some of us maybe feel close to Apollo or Poseidon and some of us feel close to Odin or another god or goddess. So which god or goddess, do you feel close the most?
