Gemstone Grillz are very attractive but can be an unpleasant surprise for some customers but not all. Once an order has gone through the entire process of production we are no longer able to give a full refund or remake the grill. We hope all customers can respect our shop rules and understand the time and effort our team puts into making each quality piece to match your request. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with this custom item, we can remake a new grill that fits your needs but customer is responsible for shipping custom item back and paying an additional 50% charge from the original cost.
