Labyrinths have been around for thousands of years. They've appeared in mythology as well as recorded history all around the globe. And they can be anywhere from coin sized to as large as an entire cathedral floor, or an enormous, outdoor walking feature. Some labyrinths are intentionally confounding, while others, are unicursal, having a single path that winds its way from the outside to the inside and back again. Many find that to trace, with the fingers or the eyes, the path of a labyrinth is a meditative and relaxing practice. To go inside and back out of a labyrinth is to get at the heart of a feeling, an issue, or a unknown, and then come out of it again with relief, an answer, or simply peace. They also make stunning pieces of art! This is a ready-to-frame artwork made of layered cardstock, and featuring a classic, single path labyrinth, in your choice of a color scheme. You're also welcome to ask for a custom 4-color scheme, just leave a note for me when you checkout. The work measures 12 x 12 inches, and is about 1/8th of an inch thick. It will arrive titled, stamped, and signed on the back, and packaged to ensure a safe voyage.
