Three different lace leaf patterns make the foundation of this shawl. Knit in one piece sideways, from end to end. The leaves on the lower edge are each accented with 3 glass beads. Optional, as always. Materials needed; * Fingering wieght yarn, ( 14 wpi ) 816 yds. I used Araucania Nuble, 3 skeins, color 219 - Wasabi. * US #5, 3.75 mm Knitting Needles. * 3 Markers. * 150 Glass Beads, size 6/0 ( In my Etsy I also sell a simple tool that makes adding beads to knitting so easy). Finished size blocked using this yarn is 24" down the middle back and 79" across the shoulders. Gauge is not important. Different yarn will yield unique measurements. Length and width can easily be adjusted in the stockinette center pattern repeats. Pattern is in charts only and should be no trouble for the moderate lace knitter. Some unique stitch combinations are used but instructions are explained in the pattern notes. English only. Any question, please get in touch. Would love to hear from you.
