this week's meal prep is brought to you by SPRING? all the produce you see here is from the hollywood farmer's market, and this will last me about 5-7 days (I cook for one) when I meal prep, I tend to favor preparing whole ingredients rather than recipes. That way, I have endless materials to then create quick recipes with throughout the week. All these ingredients can be made into tacos, bowls, salads, sammies…toasts, the list goes on and on. I also always prep at least 2 sauces, cause sauce makes everything better, amrite?? from top left: steamed broccolini and Brussels, homemade black bean dip, homemade pesto, paprika roasted chickpeas, fresh sugar snap peas (!), turmeric roasted sweet potato wedges, broiled salmon (I get mine wild caught from @wholefoods), arugula micro greens, roasted romanesco, avo, coconut fat balls, lemony fennel and radish salad, and raw broccoli rice!! #Leefromamerica #lfamealpreps
