Le kouglof marbré autrichien ou marmorgugelhupf est un gâteau marbré à base de farine, oeufs, beurre, lait, sucre, levure, cacao en poudre et citron. Spécialité autrichienne, très apprécié par l’empereur François Josef et l'ensemble des autrichiens, le kouglof marbré est le cousin autrichien du kouglof alsacien. Facile et rapide à préparer, moelleux et délicieusement parfumé, il
