Monday is my day off, so we met some friends in Pontypool and travelled up to Hay-on-Wye for some shopping in their many used bookshops. We decided to take the Offa's Dyke Path through some very small villages along the Wales/England border. Thankfully, there was a workman inside this little church or we would have never known its name. You can barely see Offa's Dyke in the distance, between the tree and the bell tower. Hundreds of sheep surrounded the little church, kept away from the lush green lawn by modern fencing on three sides.
