Quechee, Vermont is a great place to visit. The town itself has lots of shops, a waterfall, a covered bridge (currently under repair), and a very cool gorge easily viewed from a bridge that crosses the main road into town. If you drive a little farther out of town, you will see this charming diner, a throwback to an earlier age. Connected to the diner, upstairs in the red building is a place that sells the BEST home made ice cream among displays of vintage toys for sale and for viewing. There is also a Cabot cheese outlet in the same complex.
