Ingredients: • 2 Eggs • 2 Tbsp Oil • 8 Green Onions • 3 Cups Leftover Rice • 1 Cup Frozen Peas • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil • 3 Tbsp Tamari (or Soy Sauce) • Optional - Sriracha Here's how to do it: Make 2 scrambled eggs and set them aside. Add 2 TBSP avocado oil to a pan with 8 chopped up green onions. Cook until fragrant, then add 1 cup of frozen peas and 3 cups leftover rice with 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil. Stir. Once ingredients are heated through, add eggs and 3 TBSP Tamari (or soy sauce) and top with Sriracha
