Aussies may be known worldwide for enjoying a great barbecue, but they are no strangers to the sweeter things in life. I’m talking about desserts! Thank goodness I love sweets because I had a fair amount to try while living down under — from laminations and pavlova to Tim Tams and ANZAC biscuits.
