15min · 4 servings Ingredients • 16 oz frozen cut corn • 2 tbsp butter • 2 oz cream cheese • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp pepper • 2 tbsp honey Instructions • heat skillet on medium/high heat • Add 1 tbsp butter • Add 2 tbsp honey • Mix and melt • add frozen corn • Mix • Add other tbsp butter • Mix • Let cook until corn is no longer frozen (around 6-8 minutes) • Turn heat to medium/low • Add cream cheese • Add salt and pepper • Mix (I mix a lot when cooking if y’all can’t tell lol) • Add a pinch more of salt if preferred • Enjoy!
