10min · 4 servings Ingredients • 8 oz (softened) cream cheese • 1 can chili (you can use no beans if preferred) • 8 oz shredded pepperjack cheese • 1/4 tsp taco seasoning (optional) Instructions • Preheat oven to 350 • In a skillet add cream cheese and spread it out • Add chili on top of cream cheese • Add taco seasoning • Mix chili and taco seasoning • Spread evenly • Top with pepper jack shredded cheese • Bake for 10 min in oven • (I added a couple extra min and set oven to broil) Optional • Jalapeños • Salsa • Mozzarella cheese Serve with tortilla chips This recipe is great for holidays, tailgating and honestly anytime of the year!
