10min · 2 servings Ingredients • 2-3 cardamom pods • 1 Perfectly Ripe Large Mango • 150g natural yogurt • 4 ice cubes • ½ lime • ½ tsp fresh root ginger, grated • 3 mint leaves, shredded Method Grind the seeds from the cardamom pods to a fine powder. Put in a blender with the mango, natural yogurt, ice cubes, lime juice, ginger and mint leaves. Whizz until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a few sprigs of mint.
