Apple PB&J quesadilla Makes 2 Gluten free, 5 ingredients, easy, no added sugar Ingredients: 2 small tortillas 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 scoop collagen co ½ an apple, thinly sliced 10 fresh raspberries Method: Mix the peanut butter with the collagen until smooth. Spread each tortilla with the peanut butter then top with the apple slices on one side with 5 raspberries on top. Fold over, press to stick and cook in a non-stick pan until golden on each side.
