Zostawić na całą noc. Odcedzić mak, zmielić w maszynce do mielenia mięsa na najmniejszych oczkach - 2-3 razy. Przełożyć do garnka. Do maku dodać cukier, miód, bakalie, sok z cytryny, powidła, białka i dobrze wymieszać. Garnek wstawić na gaz i podgrzewać wszystko aż dobrze się połączy. Skontrolować smak i dodać cukru lub soku z cytryny w razie potrzeby. Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem, dodać miękkie masło i olejek migdałowy i dalej ucierać. Dodać obie mąki i wymieszać. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę - połączyć z masą. Na blachę z papierem do pieczenia wyłożyć i rozprowadzić równo 2/3 ciasta. Na ciasto wyłożyć mak, rozprowadzić i docisnąć lekko.
