Indonesia based artist Roby Dwi Antono works meticulously in painting, illustration, and drawing. His paintings are especially detailed, depicting dreamy scenes. Consistent themes run through much of his work such as rabbits and tea pots all among an unnervingly quiet violence. Under these larger themes, though, Antono gives attention even to the smallest surreal features. They all work together to create one large unsettling composition.
