I saw a while ago (don’t remember from who) that you can use papaya seeds as pepper. So I scooped out these seeds, cleaned them, and put them in the overly on 170 degrees for 5-6 hours to dehydrate them. Once completely dry, I added them to this glass grinder and used them the same way I do pepper. Pretty good!
