Good afternoon Good evening I hope you are doing well It is a nice rainy Wednesday morning here in Hawaii and come alive again to you three days in a row now to talk a little bit about investing in training investing in learning So how are you what's going on? Tell me where you're at where you're from in what you're doing We are really really a pancake Digital solutions and in my life, my personal life my family, my friends I tend to be around a few a lot of people who value life longer Do you got you do value learning or you always seeking book seeking new classes? Do you keep going you know if you if you do you know what I'm talking about and you can see here, I've got this whole plethora of nonprofit books that I've read them and a whole section more to be read and another bookcase over there I've learned My House I personally have invested a lot of time and a lot of money into trainings classes, learning school There's all sorts of information out there this is the information age. This is a time with the Internet with libraries with books with print media with classes that there is so much information out there being shared anything you wanna do you can go find it Anything that you wanna learn there's resources out there We are not limited by guy who has a book or who can greet or what trades are available for you to learn in your current count which is which is wonderful However, it can be a lot You know your getting ads for classes all the time. Maybe you tried a few different things here gone to a few different schools taking a few certifications You know there's there's a lot I totally understand that as well as I am someone who has done several trainings as well No Most of the training that I have done especially as of late are to help the business and any kind of class that you take any kind of education is an investment both in time and in and with with finances so paying for that course paying for that free book getting that training is both you take your time to read it and to learn it and you paid for it So it's a twopart Investment and time is incredibly valuable Some of the things that I think is taken several different classes from several different influences out there hand Tisha, how are you take several different classes from different business builders. You know you see those ads of hello come on in to our training here's what we do I'm part of four different online classes and Thousands of dollars to to be there from Ethiopia if you're familiar with a that is is a big training that has a lot of great business business stuff it's the female entrepreneur Association which the book is great the name is escaping me right now but books are absolutely fantastic I've read tons of books If you follow me on my journey, I read about a book a week for the last two years I'll be completely honest. I'm not always Super good about keeping up with it but I do try book started Especially in time audiobooks health Nice to be able to listen As well as spending spending thousands of dollars to get training from people who are the best in this industry I'm a part of an incredible mastermind of people who all have agencies just like we do for Facebook advertising and for social media management from across the world who are in there every day. Looking at the shops looking at what you do and we talk strategies and I get on calls with them almost every single day So sometimes it's just me here in the office. We've got some great people, some great team members in States and in Canada And in Germany of course but you know we all stay connected because of because of the Internet because of video chats and kinds of Facebook and connected with with what's going on like a really big mastermind, really big Organization for what's good. What's working? What's not working so that's that's a huge That's a huge huge thing to be a part of all the faces all the faces thank you appreciate that. How are you How's your day going But what I can say is some things are worth your time and some things art and you know you can figure that out pretty quickly. Read reviews It can be emotional to want to I'll let me buy this new book. Let me do this thing but the amount of time that you have to put into it is it worth that commitment Are you gonna sit there day in and day out and watch these trainings and fill out the notebooks and do it and then yes, it's absolutely worth it The other piece that I want to talk about besides these online trainings these wonderful masterminds and groups that are out there which bring fabulous amounts of Information is for his education traditional education such as colleges and that is something that I've been a part of I'm currently in the Middle of getting a doctorate in business administration because this traditional education and these traditional values are something that's very important to me and that's something I've been in school pretty much my whole life with a few months off here and there since you know pre K With had a bumpy road to getting my undergraduate degree I got a BA in communication Got a an online Masters of science in user experience design So understanding how people use websites how if someone comes to your website, what are they doing? How can you make it better so that they will enjoy the experience and fulfill the outcome that you're hoping for them and right now working on that doctor in business administration learning about the most recent class that I'm just finishing up this week is about organizations leadership theory management theory, motivation theory so the whole first class was reading about the different theories And the different ways that people are motivated to to do good work why they wanna come in why some people will work at lower paying jobs when they have better offers or helping your team members feel fulfilled by what they do and being a better leader both for them and for yourself because as a business owner, it's so important that my team is happy and that they know how much I appreciate their work and everything that they do and that they feel feel good about what Do as well because the happier your team is especially a service based industry. The better work that they do and then the better results you can get for your clients. It's a win win situation for all which is always the best place that you wanna be So thank you so much for popping on here and letting me ramble a little bit about some training to tips as far as figuring out what's right for you whether you're whether you're You're starting to think about College and their careers or whether you're thinking about switching careers if you're thinking about buying a book or joining an online training my advice and what I have learned and seen from my own experience and talking to dozens of people about this is what you're going to do and where you wanna be what does you want your day to day to look like because if you go to school that's gonna change your day today If you join a mastermind, you're gonna have a completely new community to be a part of if you become an agent The owner of a virtual office from home that's what your day is gonna be like and you wanna set yourself up with the best tools for success that you can because everybody is unique, beautiful, wonderful individual but I can pretty much guarantee you that no matter what you wanna do Someone else has done it before someone else out there has gone through what you're going through and is has successfully built what you wanna build a successfully doing what you want There are seven billion people in the world There are there is someone else out there who has achieved You're trying to and investing a few hundred a few thousand dollars to save years of work is worth it There are some things that only experience as a teacher There are some things where experience will make you a lot better but when you can experience that learning from somebody else who has been successful at what you're doing it's worth it So when you know where you wanna be you find a training with proven results to get you there It's To seriously consider so thank you again so much for watching this video please let me know if there's a training that you really love something you've invested in that you found extremely valuable or something you're considering that we can help you with making that decision So have a wonderful day and thank you so much for being here
