Ingredients: ▫️1 P. Puff pastry ▫️some jam, Nutella ▫️Egg with a shot of milk Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 28 small circles with a round cookie cutter Ø approx. 5 cm. Cut out a small hole in the middle of the circles. Put 2 dough rings on top of each other, spread some jam on top and put 2 dough rings on top again. Distribute your filling in the middle so that you can press the puff pastry rings a little on the edge. Always use 4 dough rings for a cronut so that it goes up really nicely. Spread some egg-milk mixture on the finished cronuts and for approx. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they are nicely golden brown. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar - enjoy!
