3hr · 6 servings Ingredients :- • 250g margarine or butter • 1 Package (500g) Yufka/Filo Dough • 200g Nuts (pistachios, walnuts or cashews work well) Sirup:- • 300ml water • 200g sugar Squeeze or Lemon Juice • Optional: splash of rose water • Let simmer in medium heat for 15-20 min Bake the Baklava at 180°C/ 360°F for 35-45 Min or until golden brown. • Pour the hot sugar sirup immediately over the hot baklava when they come out of the oven. • Let cool completely.
