1. Scripting: For 21 days in a row write in detail a desire you have. Be very specific as to how your life currently is now that you have your desire. Express gratitude daily as if it has happened. 2. Visualize: For 21 days in a row, visualize 5 minutes once you wake up and 5 minutes before bed. See yourself living the life you desire. Walk like the new you, talk like the new you, and see in your mind ’s eye everything playing out exactly how you desire it. 3. Mirror Work: Every time you pass by a mirror say positive affirmations to yourself. Tell yourself how beautiful you are, how lucky you are, how grateful you are that everything is working in your favor. Set aside at least 5 minutes a day and pour positive affirmations to yourself.
