See our bio for ideas. • Then do this circuit: • ⭐ jog in place with optional arm raises for 4 counts of 8 • ⭐ flick kick for 4 counts • ⭐ pony for 4 counts • Now go back to the first move and repeat as many rounds as you can for the duration of the song. • Take water breaks as needed! • Modification: swap the jog out for marching, the flicks out for gentle front kicks and the pony for front toe taps. • Follow us for more workouts like this!
