I just so happened to have some crawfish squirreled away in my freezer; this was a sensational way to use it. Instead of heavy cream, I used half & half and added tomato paste and white wine to make a creamy pasta sauce. I threw an over-the-top crawfish boil for my fiance’s birthday party last year.
