My first loaf small but tasted yummy! I’m pretty sure It’s under proofed and my starter could been more active. Not sure. It tasted yummy and I cut it open to soon cause we couldn’t wait to try. But yeah I did the stretching and folding all day for like 6 hours then I baked it. I did shape it at hour 5 and let it rise for a little longer but it did not rise and did not pass the poke test but I didn’t care I wanted some bread so I was like I’ll cook it and see
