Long story short, i constantly get a soupy puck and a lot of channeling regardless of the grind. I am at the point of selling all the equipments, and continue buying coffee from my favourite coffee shop…i owned the setup for almost 2 yrs now. Machine: Gaggia Classic Pro (pid, 9bar mod) Grinder: Eureka Mignon Manuale Coffee: Manhattan Diego Bermudez Colombia Other: ims everything 😁, wdt tool, distributor etc. Dose: 18g (but tried incresing it as well) Yield: 38-40g Time: 16-37sec depending on grind.
