I recently just purchased a Ninja Wood fire Grill and decided to give brisket a shot. I'm brand new to smoking any kind of meats so I'm somewhat ignorant to what constitutes a good brisket. My family and I thought it turned out great! Here's what I did: -Trimmed and seasoned a brisket point liberally with Adkins southwest bbq rub. (Full packer wouldn't fit in the small thing😞) -Let sit in my fridge overnight -Threw it on my 'smoker' the next morning at 250 uncovered on the smoke setting. -Took it off once it hit the 'stall' around 160, wrapped
