Brazil Cerrado is a sweet well balanced mellow low acidity coffee. It has a rich medium body, strong aroma, a hint of nutty flavor and a slight lemon finish. These beans are grown in the Cerrado Region, Minas Gerais, from Carlos Thomas Brasileiro's farm grown at an elevation of 948m. This area is one of the richest tropical savanna regions, covering 740,000 square miles. The region has an enormous range of plant and animal biodiversity.
