Hey guys! Now that we’re in February, I have a feeling a lot of people have already started to forget about New Year’s Resolutions. I don’t necessarily set resolutions, but I do map my goals for each year. This year I’m using Level 10 Life for my goal tracking. There is a health and fitness category that I set several goals in.
