I also love it for dessert 😉 • 1/2 cup quinoa • 2 cups milk, such as whole milk , unsweetened coconut milk, or un sweetened almond milk • 3 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt *YOU CAN DOUBLE THIS RECIPE* • 1. Place quinoa in a mesh colander. Rinse thoroughly with cold water (until the water runs clear) and allow to drain. • 2. In a medium pot, combine the quinoa, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
