The difference is only the shape and size. Because when making Cigarette Cookies, we will make a larger cookie and roll the hot cookie into a cylinder shape. And it's cute because of its shape, hehe. Anyway, for making this cute cookie you have to pay for it, as you need to roll the cookie as soon as it comes out of the oven or the cookie won't be soft enough to roll, and yes, my fingers were burning!
