Peter Bezrukov nace en 1974 en Moscú, Rusia. Desde 1985 hasta 1991 estudia en la Escuela de Arte de Moscú, Academia de Arte de Rusia. En 1998 se gradua en el Instituto de Arte Surikov de Moscú, centro Académico Estatal. Peter Bezrukov ha realizado nueve exposiciones individuales y ha participado en más de 30 exposiciones colectivas en Moscú y fuera de Rusia. La más recientes se han organizado en la galería Leo Van Heiningen en La Haya (2006), la galería "Petley Fine Art" en Londres (2006), la galería de arte ruso "Kalinka" en París (2006, 2007), y en "El tamiz Internacional" de París (2007).
