It is my top priority that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Dear buyer, all parcels are tracked and most of the time insured. Therefore , once the parcel in the destination country it’s your responsibility to track it and make necessary contacts. I am happy to ship outside the UK. However in the event that the parcel gets lost or damaged in transit, in order to guarantee recovery of the full original price of the item I strongly recommend that you contact me to arrange a small additional insurance fee, which is calculated by the courier, based on the value of the painting. It is my responsibility to inform you and your right to decide. If you decide not to insure and the parcel is lost or damaged, you will receive a maximum of £50.00 compensation regardless of the original value of the painting.
