Pour la crème de fourrage : 350 g de mascarpone 10 Ferrero Rocher. 70 g de nutella 120 g de crème liquide entière froide Pour la crème de couverture : 450 g de mascarpone 120 g de sucre 250 g de crème liquide entière froide 2 cuillères à soupe de cacao Pour le glaçage chocolat : 70 g de chocolat noir 120 g de crème liquide 1/2 feuille de gélatine Pour la décoration : 6 ferrero rocher 60 g de noisettes concassées Préparation : Pour la génoise: Insérez le fouet dans le bol puis mettez 3 oeufs, 100 g de sucre et le 1 sachet de sucre vanillé puis réglez 7 minutes à 37° à la vitesse 3. Ajoutez 100 g de farine, 10 g de cacao, 1 sachet de levure puis mélangez 20 secondes à la vitesse 3. Versez la préparation dans un moule préalablement beurré et farine puis cuire au four préchauffé à 180°C pendant 20 à 25 minutes. Une fois cuite, démoulez et laissez refroidir. Préparez la deuxième génoise avec le reste des ingrédients de la même façon. Préparez la crème pour fourrer le gâteau : Mettez les chocolat ferrero rocher puis mixez 5 sec à la vitesse 8, et réservez de côté. Insérez le fouet dans le bol et mettez la crème liquide et le mascarpone puis mélangez 1 minute à la vitesse 3. Ajoutez le nutella puis mélangez 1 minute à la vitesse 3. Pour le montage : Coupez les génoises en 2 pour obtenir 4 cercles. Déposez le premier cercle, étalez la créme et saupoudrez le chocolat ferrero rocher haché puis recouvrez d’un second cercle ensuite étalez la créme et saupoudrez le chocolat haché. Renouvelez l’opération puis couvrez de dernier cercle. Préparez la crème de couverture : Insérez le fouet dans le bol, mettez la crème et le mascarpone puis réglez 1 minute à la vitesse 3. Ajoutez le sucre et le cacao puis réglez 1 minute à la vitesse 3. Étalez la crème sur le dessus et les côtés du gâteau puis lissez bien. ( gardez un peu de la crème pour la décoration. Placez le gâteau au réfrigérateur. Préparez le glaçage chocolat : Trempez la gélatine dans l’eau froide pendant 6 à 8 minutes. Pendant ce temps mettez dans le bol la crème et le chocolat en morceaux puis réglez 3 minutes à 50° à la vitesse 2. A la sonnerie ajoutez la gélatine essorée puis réglez 10 secondes à la vitesse 3. Laissez refroidir puis versez sur le dessus au centre du gâteau et légèrement sur les bords. Placez immédiatement le gâteau au réfrigérateur. Décorez votre gâteau avec le reste de crème et déposez les chocolats ferrero rocher. Décorez également la base du gâteau avec les noisettes concassées.
