this digital zine is a 33-page compilation of my creative writing, poetry, and comforting advice concerning the topic of an all-consuming crush and how I’ve learned to manage that experience. For sensitive people who feel too deeply and don’t know what to do with it: I’ve learned to express and alchemize my feelings through writing and creating. I hope this inspires you to alchemize whatever intense experiences life throws your way. I also hope it empowers you to stop idealizing other people. Instead, let’s pour that energy into ourselves and create beautiful things. I am grateful for all these experiences and the lessons they taught me. I am still working on integrating these lessons and getting used to this new version of me: someone who’s confident, empowered, and DETACHED. 🤍 but anyway, I am excited and nervous to put this digital zine out there. however, I do not doubt that it can help someone who needs these honest words. I hope my honesty in these writing pieces gives words to what you may be feeling and helps you celebrate the depth and intensity of having a crush.
