Vous m'en direz des nouvelles :) . 1 poivron rouge (environ 250/300g) . 1 gousse d’ail . 200 g de fêta aux herbes . 1 cs d’huile d’olive . 1/2 citron vert (jus et zeste) . 20 de basilic frais . 1 cc de paprika . 1 pincée de piment d’Espelette . Poivre 1. Préchauffez votre four à 200°C. 2. Lavez votre poivron, retirez le pédoncule à l’aide d’un couteau. Grattez les graines, coupez votre poivron en 2, retirez les nervures blanches. 3. Posez votre poivron sur un papier sulfurisé, puis enfournez (côté peau sur le dessus) jusqu’à ce que la peau du poivron brûle et soit partiellement noircie. Comptez 20 minutes 4. Une fois cuit, sortez le poivron puis placez dans un sac congélation . Laissez tiédir à température ambiante. 5. Émiettez votre fêta à l’aide d’une fourchette, ajoutez l’huile d’olive, le piment, le paprika, un peu de poivre et le jus de citron et mélangez bien de manière à assouplir la fêta. 6. Sortez vos morceaux de poivron du sachet, et retirez la peau. 7. Pelez puis hachez grossièrement votre gousse d’ail. Mixez ensemble l’ail et la chair de poivron de manière à obtenir un coulis bien lisse. 8. Mélangez la fêta et le coulis de poivrons, rectifiez l’assaisonnement si nécessaire. Ciselez très finement le basilic (ne le hachez pas, il aura tendance à noircir), puis ajoutez le à la préparation, mélangez bien, filmez et réservez au frais une heure avant de déguster.
