These are so good, not "crispy" becuase they're healthy but still tasty. There's no bread crumbs so they're a little healthier than most zucchini fries recipes and less crispy. If you want them crispy and not keto, add bread crumbs to the coating, then spray the outside before baking.

I used the following to make my recipe box: Z1322 - My Creations Recipe/Photo Box X7123B - Cherry-O Level 2 Paper Packet X8625 - My Originals Sugar & Spice Card Kit Z1125 - Sweet Leaf Ribbon Collection 1512 - Bonding Memories Glue 1514 - Tombow's Mono Adhesive (to glue ribbon) Z679 - Liquid Glass Z819 Circles Window Charms Ink Color: Z2166 - Tulip The knob is a Tim Holtz Curio Knob This was fast and easy to put together. Just cut the papers and glue them on with the Bonding Memories Glue, sponge Tulip ink on all edges, glue paper ribbon, Sweet Leaf ribbon, and circle window charm (I used Liquid Glass to get it to stick well) with the sticker from the card kit.
