Periods, commas, and apostrophes are free of charge. 2. Select your wire color. 3. In the 'Add your personalization' text box: First, clarify your mounting option of choice (see below for mounting methods explained). Second, type your words or phrase EXACTLY how you'd like your wire to be seen. You MUST consider capital + lowercase letters. Please triple check your spelling. I bend the ends of each wire word at 90°. Hold your wire against the wall + mark where the ends touch the wall. Create holes for each mark by using a thumbtack, small nail, or 1/16 drill bit. Gently slide the wire ends directly into the holes & enjoy your floating wire words. *Pro tip: add a dab of toothpaste to all of the wire ends, hold the word up to the wall, and the toothpaste will mark where your holes should go! - "Flat": meaning flat against the wall. Mount with small nails, thumbtacks, or clear command hooks for a damage-free option. - "Loops" (flat): loops are made at the ends of each word. This option is also considered "flat", but gives the words a unique look. Use small nails, thumbtacks, or clear command hooks to hang through the loops. *Note: "i" will also be dotted with a loop. Please leave us a note if you do not want your "i" dotted. MEASUREMENTS: Dimensions vary from order to order, depending on the nature of the font + letter. - Uppercase letters: approx 2.5 - 3 inches tall - Lowercase letters: approx 1 inch - 2 inches tall (depending on taller letters, for example: b, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, p, q, t, y, etc.) Lengths of each word vary depending on # of characters used. Wire words need to be gently handled with care, especially upon removal from its packaging. As each order is unique, there may be slight differences from exact measurements, or what is pictured. I love the simple decorative objects, so when I found this flat wire at the ironmongery I took it home with me, my first intention was to make a necklace, but when I started to bend I realized that this type of wire can not squirm, by greatly limiting the designs.
