You've been schooled! Children and adults alike will love the "Wee are the World" educational passport. This coordinates with the other "Wee are the World" items, please see in my listings. The passport booklet completed size is about 5" tall and 3.5" wide (much like a real passport) and the stamps are about 1.25" tall and 1" wide. I have designed it for you to be able to print out as front and back, insides and outside in a signature format for easy printing and assembly on 8.5 x 11 paper. If you would like the passports to have rounded corners, a corner round punch will work. I suggest assembling the booklet first, then rounding the corners. The individual pages have instructions to follow (though they will be trimmed off when passport booklets are complete). You will need to print, trim, fold and staple booklets. You may also wish to print the cover on a heavy stock in color and the insides on black and white copy paper. Also, print the stamps on label paper if you wish to save time, and not have to mess with glue. Included in this downloadable PDF (Portable Document Format) file are 8 layers (like pages) made up of: 1. Cover of passport (two per sheet) 2. Inside of passport cover (two per sheet) 3. Stamps for the passports (two sets per sheet) 4. Inside pages of passport (pages 8, 1, 4, 5—one set per sheet) 5. Inside pages of passport (pages 2, 7, 6, 3—one set per sheet) 6. SAMPLE page of cover and inside cover to show stamp placement 7. SAMPLE page of inside booklet to show stamp placement (first sheet) 8. SAMPLE page of inside booklet to show stamp placement (second sheet) You will turn these layers on and off manually to view and/or print them. The pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Nothing will physically be sent to you. Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order. You will need Adobe Reader to open and print your pattern. It is usually pre-installed on most Windows and Mac computers. Wee Pinyin Wallpaper by Timorous Beasties Wee Pinyin has been created on a smaller scale to Pinyin Tree, on 52cm wide wallpaper and in a wide range of colours. Although the pattern constantly changes throughout the 10m roll, part of the design repeats every metre so the wallpaper can be cleverly joined together. The playful blotches of colour mixed with painterly techniques are layered delicately over tree branches to create an oriental aesthetic. Pinyin is in fact, a translation of 'ink brushes' from Chinese. As seen in Deco Home and Elle Decoration Espana

Also available on Payhip: Jo Kelly Designs https://payhip.com/b/KkO4 This pattern makes us so happy! Mica wanted a neckerchief: something to use up those leftovers of utterly beautiful yarns which we all keep, in the hope of ‘using in a colourwork project? maybe some edging?’ They’re far too lovely to throw away and so sit in our stashes for years. Something with an i-cord edging and a button at the back. A couple of tries later, Jo had come up with this: it’s a super simple pattern with a few regularly-placed short rows to even out the gauge, and a nifty i-cord button loop as well. Shown in Ginger Twist Studio hand-dyed yarns, with buttons by Textile Garden. Make loads! Note that although the entry here is for DK yarn, this can be made in any weight from 4-ply (fingering) up to aran. There are no gauge measurements listed as it will depend on your chosen weight of yarn and its fibre content: the aim is to achieve a relaxed gauge that will give good drape to the final neckerchief. With a silk/merino blend (turquoise) I used a 4.5mm needle. In the grey version (in Ginger’s Hand Dyed Rock Sock, 4-ply, 100% BFL) I used a 3.75mm needle: I chose a needle size that’s approximately one to two sizes bigger than I would normally choose if I knit stockinette stitch in the yarn. You will need approx. 25-35g of yarn (1 - 1.25oz).
