Are you a visual person? Do you prefer colors, pictures, and diagrams over black-and-white words? It might be worth it to try incorporating some diagrams into your law school outlines. For example, contract formation can be broken down using words. This can help you memorize the elements of contract formation and become familiar with the words. […]

Hey friends! I took Evidence last semester, and about halfway through the semester, realized there was no way I was going to understand the material unless it was in a chart. I'm not even that big of a chart person, but weirdly enough, it worked for me and Evidence! My friend Hilary introduced me to LucidChart, which is an online program where you can make charts! It gives you tons of options and I loved using the program. I don't really need charts this semester, but I have no doubt I'll need this program in the future, whether it's in law school or out in the real world! Anyway, back to Evidence! Today, I'm uploading ALL my Evidence flow charts in the hope that it will help those of you taking Evidence study and understand the material better. A few disclaimers here, because I am (almost) a lawyer: This is absolutely, 100% not legal advice - it's to help people studying law to get a different view of Evidence. Please do not use these to learn Evidence all by yourself - do the readings for class, work hard, and use these to help yourself learn some of the trickier rules. While I think the flow charts are probably 98% right, I'm human and I'm sure there's a mistake in there somewhere, so if you find a mistake, PLEASE let me know and I'll make changes to the charts! :) I had to upload the pictures in a smaller format, so to make them as big as possible and download them, click on the picture itself and it should take you to the image on it's own page! Expert & Opinion Testimony Rules Habit, Compromise, Plea Deals, Etc. Immerse yourself in a visual symphony of angular forms and vibrant hues with this captivating print, inspired by the dramatic shadows at dusk in the majestic Scottish Highlands of Glencoe. This piece masterfully reimagines the breathtaking landscape through the abstract lens of Cubism, drawing the viewer into a fragmented world where nature's grandeur is both heightened and redefined. Step into a realm where the laws of perspective are joyfully upended; mountain peaks carve stark, geometric silhouettes against a sky ablaze with the warm, fiery palette of sunset. The evening sun casts its golden glow, transitioning into a medley of purple and blue shadows that dance across the canvas, evoking the transient beauty of twilight in the glen. A stream meanders through the composition, its path a sinuous ribbon of shimmering blues and whites, cutting through the lush valleys and rocky outcroppings. Bold line work and juxtaposed colour planes capture the rugged essence of the terrain, inviting the eye to wander and discover the myriad details hidden within the print's depths. This print from our 'Glencoe' collection promises more than just a glimpse at a scene; it offers an abstract exploration and emotional resonance that speaks both to the heart's longing for wild, untamed spaces and the mind's appreciation for modern artistic expression. Envision this piece gracing your space, bringing with it an air of sophistication and a continual sense of wonder, as the shifting light of day creates a living interplay with the angular forms and depths of this stirring landscape. Elevate your environment with this exquisite print, where nature's fleeting beauty is captured in a timeless and thought-provoking aesthetic. Whether for the lover of Scottish vistas or the aficionado of bold, Cubist art, this piece is a testament to the power of perspective and the everlasting allure of Glencoe's rugged charm.
