Préparation : 15 min Cuisson : 30 min Pour 6 personnes : -250 g de farine -200 g de sucre -15 cl de vin blanc de Savoie -4 œufs -2 pincées de vanille en poudre -1 sachet de levure chimique -10 cl d’huile neutre -2 cuillères à soupe d’amandes effilées -sucre glace Étaler les amandes sur la plaque du four tapissée de papier cuisson, enfourner th. 5 (150°), pendant 4 à 5 min jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées. Séparer les blancs des jaunes d’œufs. Fouetter les jaunes avec le sucre. Ajouter la farine, la levure, la vanille, l’huile et le vin blanc, tout en fouettant doucement. Préchauffer le four th. 6 (180°). Monter les blancs en neige, les incorporer délicatement à l’appareil. Enfourner pour 30 à 35 min. Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
